Victor® Power-Kill™ Rat Trap - 2 Traps
With an oversized trip pedal, the Victor® Power-Kill™ Rat Trap is hard to avoid, even for unsuspecting rats or those wary of traps. Its powerful High-Impact Kill Bar™ and easy-to-set one-click mechanism make the Power-Kill™ incredibly easy to use compared to other snap traps. The Power-Kill™ kills rats immediately and effectively, and it’s highly durable plastic construction means the Power-Kill™ can be used over and over or disposed of, if desired.
The latest innovation in rat traps, the Victor® Power Kill Rat Trap is set and released with one simple “click”. This one-step open and close mechanism also makes it easy to cleanly dispose of the rodent with no hand contact.
The rat killer trap was designed with a large trough for easy baiting with any of their favorite foods. The Power Kill’s oversized pedal is easily activated – both by rodent interest in food AND through accidental contact as rats scamper across the floor – to ensure maximum trapping quickly. Once a rodent triggers the pedal, the powerful jaw immediately springs closed for a quick, humane kill on contact.
The clean-trapping Victor® Power Kill Rat Trap delivers effective and immediate rat control – even in hard to reach places. Each powerful rat trap features two holes on the back for attachment to pipes, beams and other hard-to-access places where rats thrive.
Made of highly durable plastic, each rat trap of this twin pack is safe for use around food, water, animals and children and can be reused multiple times to maximize rat control. Victor® Power Kill Rat Traps are the perfect for use anywhere in the home. These rat killing traps should be placed where rodents travel, such as along walls at 2 to 3 foot intervals.

Somehow they snap and never catch anything. Also one of the traps I bought had not been manufactured correctly and was missing the bar engagement unit so I had to throw it out as it would never be able to get set.Date published: 2015-10-19Rated 5 out of 5 by Lin50 from Power Kill Rat Trap: These are GREAT!! Bought 1 at the local hdwe store and waited a week for them to get more traps in and again bought the only 1 they had, then decided to pull up Victor Trap.com, and ordered 2 packs. Boy, am I catching rats. The new design is so much easier to set than the old wood type base, both work good, but the power kill is so much easier to set, and I don't even have to scream because this new trap doesn't snap as I am setting it in position. Am catching rats, pack rats, and an occasional mouse, outside around the porches, and in a shop.. Thank goodness none are in the house. Also using the small Victor mouse traps. Populations exploded around us after all the heavy rains this year after a 4 year drought and all the 5 and 6 ft weeds that neighbors don't take care of. So much better than poison because I don't have to follow my nose. Thank You Victor Trap.Date published: 2015-10-05Rated 5 out of 5 by prigs6 from Snap! Works great! Free shipping helped my decision. A big thx!Date published: 2015-09-16Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Wicked! A+ efficacy It's not easy finding rat traps at grocery stores or pharmacies, so I was not thrilled to have to go to a third place- a hardware store- only to find a six-dollar, odd-looking plastic trap. But I trusted the brand and my seething hatred of the rat in my car (IN my car) compelled me to try it. Baiting was exceptionally easy with the trap's tiny inset cup on the trigger/paddle. I laid the trap in the passenger foot well and waited for nightfall. Dusk was all it took as my six dollars earned their keep and the little rodent was fully dead. Then I learned first-hand that dumping the body was easy and contact free with the right-angled release. I'm saving this thing for my next infestation. Thanks, Victor!Date published: 2015-02-22Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from This really is a better trap. We have an older home, and so have always had mice finding their way in at the start of fall. With this year being cooler, they've come in early, and we've yet to find where they were coming in. I bought one trap at Farm and Fleet last weekend, and by Friday had killed over a dozen mice, including two at once, without being skunked once. Bought two more this weekend. Once seems to not be sensitive enough, as it has been skunked twice (peanut butter for bait, the little bait holder was licked clean). Hopefully it will loosen up. The other two have trapped an addition 6 over the past two days. It is pretty alarming, as we've never had this many mice, nor this early.Date published: 2014-09-22Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from hands down the best simply the best designed and built trap ever.it is so fast nothing gets away and it kills instantly no suffering. the design is so good you never touch the pest, simply use the set bar to pick up the trap and then discharge pest over trash. no pest has ever stolen the bait, twice as fast as std traps. safe setting, you never get fingers near the snap bar. I have used the same bait on many catches. great for mice, rate flying squirrels.Date published: 2013-10-06Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Get er done A shame I can't post photos. I tried glue traps and poions. The little buggers are super rats. I have a picture of glue traps taped down with duck tape 1/2 way ate by the rat. Last night I set up 2 of these in the kitchen and this morning was greeted by oh moust auspicious sight. VERY DEAD RAT on the floor. Aha. Thanks Victor. I say VICTORY.Date published: 2012-11-18Rated 2 out of 5 by Anonymous from Still Waiting For First Rat Set out three traps first night. Two were sprung in morning. After that, no bites. I think the rats identifiy with the noise first experienced and do not take the bait. Trying different baits now but, still haven't caught first rat. Traps are placed where rats have been seen, in and around house outside foundation, under bushes, baited with peanut butter. Still waiting for first rat in trap. Traps now sitting idly.Guess our rats are to smart? I'm impressed with the traps but, don't know why I'm not getting my first ratDate published: 2012-09-27
