How to Use It

We get mouse dropping on our Air Hockey Table so we got an Ultrasonc Rodent Repeller to try. We tried it under and on the table and it did not work. We got more mouse poop then ever before. All the little black specks on the table in the pictures are mouse poop.
Maybe works, maybe doesn't but there's no way to know if the thing is working properly.

This is my third or fourth Victor Ultrasonic Rodent Repeller and, while I can't say for sure that the device actually works, my wife's car --- whose electrical wiring rats seem to find nutritious --- has not been attacked since we started using the product. However, this latest sample troubles me. With all the previous ones (despite the device being ultrasonic), I could still hear --- from at least a foot away --- a slight buzz or hum from each of the three speakers. With the latest one, I hear sound from only one speaker. Customer service assures me that the device is working and that each one is tested beforehand but I'm very skeptical of both statements. I have no way of testing the device myself but the lack of any sound from two speakers makes me suspicious that something is not right. If the device is not working and my wife's car gets damaged as a result, Victor/Woodstream will provide reimbursement only for the cost of the device itself.
Unless and until Victor/Woodstream can provide a more obvious way of confirming the correct operation of the device or provide a better guarantee, I cannot recommend the product.

I have installed 3 Victor Ultra PestChasers in my basement where rats were entering from my attic for food. in my basement. The first two days I noticed a great decrease in rodent noise & movement activity in my walls & basement & especially in my attic. However, I still see evidence of rodent activity in my basement, (overturned cans, etc.) I'm encouraged so far & hoping another week or so will evect them all and completely solve my problem.
Placing one of the Ultra PestChasers in my home's attic space has kept it roof-rat free for more than a year. Used to have a HUGE problem with rats making their home there -- with HUGE amounts of droppings. Placing the UltraPest in the area ended the problem. Recommend this device highly! Here's a photo of the PestChaser on guard 24/7 in the attic space.
We live out in the country surrounded by fields. During the summer, with working outside, our garage became a home for many unwanted neighbors. We had tried the Victor Ultra Pestchaser in our basement and have never seen a mouse so we decided to try it in the garage as well. So far, not a bug, mouse or squirrel has entered anywhere near the garage. Extremely happy with this product
My neighbor and I have spent thousands of dollars sealing our homes from roof rat infestation; but nothing stopped them until I purchased UltraPest Chasers! I started with the smaller units, but these really did the trick! I also gave one to a friend and it solved her problem as well!
