is there a trick in releasing mice from the Tin Cat ..mice hide in the 2 entrance areas and it's hard to make them come out.

Hi, thank you for reaching us. Just open the trap and walk a few steps back. It may take a few minutes for them to realize they can leave.

Do you sell the windows for them mine have been destroyed by the elements
