The Victor® PestChaser® Rodent Repeller effectively drives away rodents by emitting a high frequency sound that is unpleasant to them. The PestChaser® is easy to use – all you have to do is plug it in. This ultrasonic rodent repeller is a humane option for rodent control, and the ideal choice for homes with children and non-rodent pets.
Humanely Repels Rodents
The Victor® PestChaser® Rodent Repeller emits ultrasonic frequencies that send mice and rats scurrying. The device uses varying frequencies to prevent rodents from getting used to the noise and to keep them from returning. While the high-frequency noise is loud to rodents, it is safe for use around people and non-rodent pets when used as directed.
Mini Size, Maximum Coverage
Despite its small size, the Victor® PestChaser® Rodent Repeller offers mighty rodent protection. This plug-in repeller device is ideal for average-sized rooms including kitchens, bedrooms, attics, living rooms, and more. Ultrasonic frequencies can’t travel through walls, so use one PestChaser® per room you want to protect.
Built-in Nightlight
The Victor® PestChaser® Rodent Repeller comes equipped with a built-in nightlight that emits a soft glow. The gentle illumination is not only great for navigating around obstacles at night but also lets you know the device is working.
How Ultrasound Works
Humans typically can hear sounds between 20-20,000hz, however mice and rats can hear much higher frequencies. The PestChaser® is designed to emit noise at a frequency that creates an unfriendly environment for rodents to discourage infestation.

I work at an Ace Hardware store and have given positive reviews to customers on them,
My house is 80 years old, I have lived there almost 47 years, with mice for the first 44 years. Then I started using this Victor Electronic product and they have disappeared
I have found out they should be unplugged for an hour or so about 1 time a year
2 upstairs, 3 in the basement and 1 in the garage.
I have to give the them a AAA rating or higher.
THEY WORK,
I use this when I have customers with the same problems I had, when they come back after installing, I get a thumbs up and a thank you for recommending the Victor Electronic mouse repellent!
Thanks Victor
TDL in Minnesota!
Doesn’t work at all, there was a mouse sitting on my counter right in front of the device about 4 “ away from it just eating through my bread bag… save your money and get a cat.
I fought mice all year last year. I tried everything. I ran across Victor PestChaser at Walmart and tried it. Then all of a sudden they were gone. I was amazed. I also used peppermint oil, so between the two they were gone. I'm going to replace them because I don't feel they last forever.
I'd give 0 stars if aloud.
I have 1 in kitchen ( no obstacles) 1 in dinning room ( dog cage kennel only in room n my golf clubs.) 1 in living room. Very lite obstacles.
I watched 3xs a mouse Walk right next to them. I've had them 5 weeks. Very disappointed.
Thank you for sharing this feedback. We're sorry to hear that the desired results were not seen. You should notice a reduction in rodent activity within 6-10 days. Please keep in mind that ultrasound does not travel through walls or furniture, so it’s important to clear all surrounding objects obstructing the Pestchaser®. For ultimate critter control, add at least one PestChaser® to each room or area in which you see signs of rodent activity. Removing items from the area that are attractive to the rodents, such as food or nesting materials, will also help make the area less inviting to rodents. It is also possible for rodents to be deaf.

I've been using these for ...

I've been using these for years and since then I haven't seen a mouse. I use them in all my apartments!!!! I was not a believer at first cause they make no noise and seem like they do nothing but suck power from outlet. They also have the blue ring that lights up when plugged in gives it a modern look without having peanut butter wood snap traps all over or sticky boards with half dead mice on them.....
We're sorry to hear that! Is the light on the unit still lit? If so, that indicates that the product is still producing the ultrasonic sounds. For best results, it is important that the PestChasers® be installed in open areas, free of obstructions. Obstructions such as furniture, walls, or cabinets will stop the sound waves, resulting in less coverage. For rooms with a lot of obstructions, multiple units may be needed. Noticed less droppings around house ...

Noticed less droppings around house at first . But after 2 weeks we have found 2 dead mice on the floor. This device seems to be working now and we are very satisfied. I did happen to notice that the placement of the device is very important. if it get blocked by an object, it becomes useless.
These little units emit quite an annoying hum/buzz when plugged in. I have trouble imagining that they could be used in a room where people are, because it would be very challenging to ignore the noise. The sound admitted is definitely not the ultrasonic sound that is supposed to deter rodents. These units might be fine for a storage area or crawlspace, where people do not spend much time.
Thank you for sharing this experience. The ultrasonic frequency emitted by the units is above the level of human hearing. If you are hearing a buzzing, it is likely the components inside the unit vibrating against the housing. This noise should not be overly loud. If it is, then the unit may need to be replaced. Reach out to us via the Contact Us page for assistance.
The ultrasonic sound emitted by this product will not penetrate glass.

How long is the life expectancy of the pest chaser with night light
Is there an indicator that shows when it is no longer working?
Question by: Betty Jones on Mar 8, 2023, 9:30 AM
Our PestChasers® will typically last 3-5 years. If the indicator light is still illuminated, rest assured that the unit is still working well to produce the ultrasonic sounds and repel the rodents from your home!
