I recently bought a 2 pack of the Victor live catch mouse traps. One of the traps is missing the outer door. Is there anyway to order that replacement piece? We just need the clear cover that goes on the end where the bait goes.

The spring came off the trap. Is there a way to reattach it?

What are the dimensions?

We don't have the specific dimensions, but we can tell you that it has the capacity to trap up to 30 mice per setting.

This trap is 7" long, 1.5" wide, and 1.75" tall.

How do you clean the traps after capture

After a capture, release the mouse and dispose of any bait or debris. Clean the Victor® Live Catch Mouse Trap by rinsing it with warm water and a mild soap, you can also use hydrogen peroxide for cleaning, then allow it to air dry completely before reuse. Cleaning between uses helps maintain proper operation and hygiene.

It's impossible to lift off the rear release door... .it is stuck on. What can I do?
