Q.I live in a 30 foot RV.... mice / rats ? arrived a few weeks ago. I tried peppermint oil essentail oils, moth balls, and dryer sheets. Nothing worked . Not even three indoor cats who are obsessed with my dashboard. I bought the sachets, placed three under the dashboard , for me , as a human, the smell was overpowering. Although you state it is safe for pets , the smell made my meows eyes tear?? Maybe three sachets is too much . But one of my cats is still sitiing up there sniffing. Would they smell not make them (mice) leave . Pleasei advise about breathing reaction in kitty and how long would it take for the rodents to leave .Thank you for your time and energy. Betina and the three meows /

Q.I have an 8 ft by 8 ft storage shed in my back yard. Would your natural rodent repeller packs be effective for white footed mice? Also, what other products would you recommend. I have yet to find any bait that they like and have had the best success with unbaited snap traps and glue traps. I have tride your electronic trap with no success at all. Thanks.
A.

This product is ideal for enclosed spaces. The mint scent will repel all mice. We recommend using either a repellent or a baited trap. If both are used at the same time, the mice may put up with the unwelcome environment to get to the food source.

Q.Is this poisonous to pets?
A.

Scent-Away™ Packs are safe to use in homes with children and pets when used as directed and should only be used indoors. These packs are made from a permeable mesh, and contain tiny granules infused with 100% peppermint oil.

Q.Is mint odor toxic to cabinet foods, stored in boxes or paper wrappers.
A.

This product uses peppermint oil which is a natural product and is non-toxic.  It has a strong scent and may be absorbed by nearby food, depending on it's packaging.

Q.What are the "granules" made of?  Are they a fibrous plant material that could become an attractant or food source after the peppermint oils wear off?
A.

The granule material is made of ground corn cob. Since the peppermint scent is very strong it would be unlikely that they would consider it a food source due to how sensitive their sense of smell is.

Q.Are the scent away packs harmful to dogs?
A.

This product uses peppermint oil to repel mice. It is not meant to be consumed and should be placed in areas not accessible to pets.
