Stay a step ahead of mole and gopher invaders with Victor® Dual-Action Mole & Gopher Repellent. It uses a dual action formula to target the senses of burrowing animals, such as moles, gophers, voles and more. The granules penetrate their tunnels, creating an unpleasant environment, which drives them away before they have a chance to do further damage around your yard. In addition, it’s easy to use. Simply apply the granules to your yard to gradually to drive them out. For your convenience, it comes in a resealable bag for easy storage.
Dual-Action Repelling
Victor® Dual-Action Mole & Gopher Repellent works by slowly driving burrowing animals away in stages. The fast-acting formula targets multiple senses for dual-action repelling. Once inside the tunnel, the granules make everything in the tunnel smell and taste unpleasant, sending the unwanted pests scurrying to find a more favorable place to live.
Tunnel-Penetrating Formula
Made with specially engineered castor oil pellets, this repellent is easily absorbed into the ground, allowing the granules to reach the tunnel quickly. The trick is in the application process – daily watering of the granules allows them to penetrate further into the tunnels. The 4 lb bag provides up to 4,000 total square feet of coverage.

Not only is Victor® Dual-Action Mole & Gopher Repellent effective and easy to use, but you can also feel confident in the knowledge that it’s all natural. In addition, this repellent formula is safe for use around your family and pets, as well as the environment when used as directed.
How to Apply
Every mole invasion is different, so it is important to think about your strategy before applying the granules. You should first identify the mole areas with the most activity and decide which direction to herd them out of the yard. Note: Application may require more steps depending on the size of your yard.
- Day 1 – Spread the granules over the first area and water-in with a sprinkler for approximately 20 minutes. Watering allows the concentrated granules to penetrate deeply into the lawn.
- Day 2 – Spread the granules over the second area. Water-in the same are as Day 1, as well as the second area to get the mole moving. Each day’s watering allows the granules to penetrate more deeply.
- Day 3 – Spread granules over the third area. Water-in the same areas as Day 1 and 2, as well as the third area to keep the mole moving.
- Day 4 – Spread the granules over the fourth area. Water-in the same areas as Days 1, 2, and 3, as well as the fourth area to move the mole out of the yard.

I put this powder on my back lawn because I was having mole(s) push up dirt mounds here and there, especially around my raised planting beds that are made of bricks and stonework. They love also to tunnel under my paving stones to the point where I couldn't drive my lawn mower over the stones for fear of cracking them, so had to re-set my paving stones more than once. After I put the powder per instructions on areas of the lawn, I noticed in general the mound-building activity seemed to slow or stop. But just a couple days ago, I pulled up and reset a couple more paving stones, so I mixed a generous amount of this powder with the sand/crushed rock then set the stones back. This morning I looked out and right where I reset those stones, there's another mound pushed up...! I poked a rod in and poured a handful of this powder down the hole so we'll see if it happens again.
So, it seems to work in general, except when it doesn't.

When dealing with established tunnel systems, moles may continue using active runs for a period of time before relocating. For best results, apply the repellent evenly over the entire affected area, water it in as directed, and reapply after heavy rainfall or according to the label instructions. Treating only individual mounds or tunnels may not always address the full network of underground activity. Your approach of treating newly active areas is a good way to help encourage moles to move elsewhere. We appreciate your feedback and the detailed observations you've shared.
This product drove the moles ...

This product drove the moles out of a fenced in area of my yard that I take particular care of. This was the end of last Summer .As of the last couple weeks, it is March now, there are tons of mole hills outside the fence but none inside. I reapplied to the fenced in area and will use more sparingly as a barrier along the fence line and hopefully they’ll never return.

If you use as directed it will chase your moles away from your yard. Be sure to reapply as suggested or they will come back. I have used this for several years and it works as advertised. Thee key is apply as showed in video and packaging.

Is there a rating below 1 Star? Save your money. This product does nothing. Absolute garbage.
When this product is in the soil, moles and voles turn away - they just do not loike it.

We have several acres of woods and fields behind our house. This area seems to hold an infinite number of meadow voles, woodland voles,and moles. I have been using Victor Mole and Gopher repellent for several years. It just plain works. Sometimes it takes a couple of weeks to get the repellent to the tunnel level, but when it does, they just go away as shown by the border to my neighbor's yard.
When this product is in the soil, moles and voles turn away - they just do not loike it.

I have a scotts accugreen 3000 drop speaker. What number setting should I use for this product?

This product comes in a shaker bag, and therefore does not require a specific spreader setting. For accurate application using your Scotts AccuGreen 3000 drop spreader, we recommend contacting the manufacturer of the spreader directly for guidance.
