Applied the Peanuts about three weeks ago and appears to work. When will it be safe for my son to have have his dog in our yard again?
Question by: Scott McIntyre on Oct 31, 2024, 6:38 AM
If the peanuts were placed in tunnels and then completely covered, it should be fine as long as the dog is supervised to prevent digging open the tunnels. Also be aware that secondary poisoning could occur if the dog eats a mole or gopher that ingested the peanuts.

Does this product work for voles or just on moles as they are two different rodents?
Question by: Sandra on Feb 18, 2025, 6:59 AM
Thank you very much for contacting us. It would be our pleasure to assist you.

The poison peanut formula is specifically designed to attract moles and gophers. This product was not tested on other animals and should NOT be used above ground.

For voles, we recommend using the Victor® Rodent Killer (M925) or the Victor® Dual-Action Mole & Gopher Repellent (M7001-1).

If you need further assistance, please feel free to reach out.

What happens to uneaten pellets?
Question by: Stoney butler on Mar 2, 2025, 1:03 PM
Thank you for your question!

Regarding the pellets, they remain active for approximately 6 months. If they are not consumed, they will stay in place and eventually break down into fertilizer.

If you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to call us.

I used these inside a hole a groundhog made in my shed in October. The hole is next to a flowerbed (the shed sits directly against the garden) I typically plant food in. I live in a climate where we got heavy snow and the pellets may not have dissolved. Is it dangerous to plant and consume food from that garden this year?
Question by: Brandi on Mar 31, 2025, 12:45 PM
Thank you for contacting us! This product is not intended for use in food gardens, and we do not recommend using it in areas where edible plants are grown. If you have any further questions, we would be happy to assist you!

Would using this in a flower garden be harmful for pollinators if the plant absorbs it and is taken up into the flowers/nectar?

Hi, thank you so much for your question! We do not recommend applying the product near any vegetable plants, flowers, or sources of water.
