Protect yourself from an array of creepy crawlers, including the “Big 3” — brown recluse, black widow and hobo spiders – with non-toxic TERRO® Spider & Insect Traps.
Insect traps are an excellent way to capture and kill a large number of spiders and other crawling insects. Pesticide-free and easy-to-use, spiders, scorpions, ants, cockroaches, crickets and other crawling insects are captured by the sticky surface on the TERRO® Spider & Insect Trap where they get stuck and die.
Each package includes four ready-to-use glue traps. The insect traps can be folded to prevent children and pets from coming into contact with the non-toxic sticky surface, or they may be used unfolded to lie flat.
For best results, replace the insect traps every three months or when the trap becomes full of spiders and insects.
Where to Use
The thought of spiders lurking in basements, attics and dark corners is unpleasant to most homeowners; for others, it is terrifying. Ease your chance of encountering creepy crawlers by strategically placing TERRO® Spider & Insect Traps where spiders lurk. Place the traps around the room’s perimeter, including against baseboards, in corners, behind doors, and behind or underneath furniture. The traps will catch spiders as they roam in search of insects. Continuous, long-term use of TERRO® Spider & Insect Traps will reduce infestations.

So far these have been very successful in reducing ant issues and the spiders were unfortunate as well. We use these in an educational setting and they are inconspicuous and do the trick!

Review RateBest non chemical item for catching bugs
Yup...love these traps. We have a second residence in Florida and I place them all around before we head up north. It’s satisfying to see how much we catch. Since using these there’s less cleaning up when we return. Only issue is I wish the traps did not have such large writing on them. That is offensive looking to me hence the 4 star rating.
Review RateCaught 70 Crickets in One Night
OMG! I put 12 traps down in my basement last night and this morning I see I caught 70 crickets. I am amazed at how well this worked.
Review RateNon-toxic bug control trap
Catches all sorts of bugs and insects that come in contact with trap. There may be only one or two, or several; depending on location of trap. Some areas may fill up quickly. We put some outside our house door, inside our attached garage to hopefully keep them from coming inside. There were some big spiders. Depending on location, where we were living, we have gotten pill bugs, water bugs, gnats, and various size spiders. Why we use these traps is because we will not use any unnecessary chemicals in our home. If you have pets, small children, elderly, etc., you would want to have the traps where they could not be reached. In an emergency, cooking oil is supposed to help remove the glue if someone gets stuck, but best to avoid that possibility. Thank you for providing this non-toxic way for bug control. Have been using your product for several years.
They catch the creepy crawlings quietly and effectively! Amazed at how many things there are slithering around the baseboards. Don't want to use poisonous sprays. Couldn't do without these passive gems.
Review RateI LOVE THIS PRODUCT.
This product really worked, and continues to work in another home. Through no fault of my own; I had a terrible infestation of fleas. My daughter had the same problem after adopting 2 kittens. We have used the traps and intend to keep them on hand. I found they take care of creeping nasties; earwigs, various spiders, large black ants, etc. I use ant traps inside and outside but some seem to escape.
Review RateKeep away from nosy pets
Product is very sticky and works very well. My room is in the basement and i was seeing quite a few spiders. I placed 2 traps flat on the floor - one behind the door by the baseboards and the other next to another wall. In 24 hrs i had 3 spiders and the family dog caught in the traps. He stepped on the sticky surface. Fortunately he didn't go to smell it. I was able to pull most of his hair out of the Yahoo but the bottom of his foot couldn't be removed. I cut away a lot with scissors but don't know if i should take him in to get it surgically removed or see if it eventually wears off. It doesn't seem to bother him much though.Response From Victor®Patty : Consumer Relations Representative
We appreciate the feedback and apologize for this experience.
The glue on this trap is oil based. Putting vegetable oil on the dog's food should dissolve the glue for easier removal. Feel free to contact our Consumer Relations Team at 1-800-800-1819 x 458 with any additional questions.
Review RateWork pretty well
They are helpful, as I have asthma, and can't use insecticides. I accidentally caught a mouse in one last night! I thought that it was a giant wood spider - yuck!
Review RateUseless design
Bought these because they were advertised non-toxic. I did not realize there is no bait scent and you have to hope the spider walks across the glue board. So far no spider. I have pets so I can't leave many around the room.Response From Victor®Susan : Consumer Relations Representative
For best results, we recommend placing these traps around the room’s perimeter, including against baseboards, in corners, behind doors, and behind or underneath furniture. This is where spiders are most likely to be as they roam in search of insects.
