Smart-Kill™ Wi-Fi Electronic Rat Trap
- Product Review (submitted on January 5, 2020):
Bought the trap in Oct 2018. Killed one mouse. Installed it at a customer's house last month. The rats cleaned the trap out, twice. We cleaned the trap, replaced the batteries and checked that it was actually arcing (it was). He got a message stating there was a kill. Trap was cleaned out yet again. Unfortunately, it is out of warranty. My guess is that the capacitor is of inferior quality. I would love to use these traps as part of my business but the cost is too high considering the longevity of the product.

These traps are most effective when non-rechargeable batteries are used. It's also important to not overbait the traps since overbaiting can cause the trap to falsely trigger.
