Review RateI didn´t understand how to set te bar on the metal mecanism.
I revew the PDF of how to set the trap and I couldn't understand how to set the bar on the metal pedal mecanism. Do you introduce the bar on the hole in the metal pedal or you try to grab the little nail in it or both. I snap my fingers and I know it will work on a mouse. I learn more on the review that on the PDF panflet.

*only rating a 3 because I just started using them and am not sure of the outcome yet* However, today I baited with both peanut butter and cheese and caught 3 mice today. 2 in one trap somehow! Will continue to set these to help solve the mice problem I'm having.
Review RateTrickyThe mice steal the bait more often than it trips. The pedal wobbles when it is being set, so it's a little tricky to use. It still works sometimes.Response From Victor®Lauren : Consumer Relations RepresentativeThank you for sharing this feedback. We apologize for this experience and are happy to provide assistance.
When baiting this trap, we recommend using a small, pea-sized amount of peanut butter on the metal petal. If too much bait is used, it may lessen the sensitivity of the trap.

Review RateMust need a dumber mouseHaven't decided yet if I'm happy with product as
still have mice poop and empty traps. Have tried different bait and so far mouse is bypassing it all. Husband smarter than a mouse but had a heck of a time getting trap to set.Response From Victor®Susan : Consumer Relations RepresentativePlacement is an important factor in the success of any mouse trap. Mice do not like to travel in open areas, and will typically run along walls or other objects. For best results, we recommend placing the trap, with the baited end closest to the wall, where rodent activity has been detected. Often, peanut butter (only the amount that fits on the end of a toothpick) is the best bait.

Review RateBad PackagingI had to come here to find a photo that shows how exactly the bar that goes over the spring fits into the bait holder. The drawing on the package is the size of my fingernail and not very well drawn. Also they're really touchy. Be careful when placing it or the spring will snap.
