Review RateOnly worked twice then it doesn’t work anymore
It killed two rats, then it didn’t work anymore!! Even I replaced new batteries, the rat just went inside ate the bait and came out harmlessly. I had Arlos recording the actions!! Already spend an hour trying to create an account on their app. Says it’s created but could not login. No email for forget password. Only the welcome email + confirm registration came through. Review RateDid not kill rat lounging in trap
Staring into the eyes of a very live rat in my trap. TRAP DID NOT KILL IT. Have tested the device: power lights and Wifi light go on and everything, but no more zap. I knew it was working because it killed a couple of small mice the other day. In case it was the batteries I bought and installed a fresh pair just now. So my guess is that it has blown a fuse. Since there is no access to the innards. I now have a fancy brick. I would like a refund please.Response From Victor®Kristen : Consumer Relations Representative

Thought it would work out, downloaded the app to my smartphone, but once I scanned in the code, I got the message that my trap was already registered to another account so I couldn't use it....so I used a more traditional method which worked out ok....Not worth the $70 I will be returning this back :-(Response From Victor®Jennifer : Consumer Relations Representative
