With a No-Touch No-See No-Cleanup design, the Kill & Seal™ is incredibly easy to use. Unscrew the bait sealing hatch, place a little bit of peanut butter inside the hatch and then screw the hatch back into the trap. Push the red trap handle down to open the patented red fluid-tight door and set the internal kill bar. Place the trap next to a wall with the red door closest to the wall. For best results, place multiple traps at 2 to 3 foot intervals along walls in different areas of the home where rodents travel. When a mouse and its disease-carrying parasites are caught, the red trap handle will move to the upward position and the red fluid-tight door will seal shut. Simply throw away the one-time use disposable trap. Do not push the red trap handle back down as parasites may then escape when the door opens. By stopping parasites from spreading disease, you will give your family the kind of protection they deserve.

Location, Location, Location!
The most important rule for the effective use of traps is good trap placement location based on thorough inspections to determine the high-activity areas of rodents.
Number of Traps The most common trapping mistake is using of too few traps. For only a couple of mice, a dozen traps are not too many. For severe mouse infestations, traps should be placed close together in double sets in areas of high activity.
Importance of the First Night Statistics show that more mice are trapped on the first night than on any other night.
Offer Multiple Bait Choices When many rodents are involved, different types of baits should be used. Individuals in a rodent population forage for different types of food.
Location, Location, Location First, identify a room that has signs of rodent activity. Rodents are nocturnal creatures, which mean they rarely surface during the daytime.
Use Multiple Units Ultrasonic waves behave more like light than sound. For example, music from your stereo can fill your entire house. Ultrasound cannot penetrate any solid surface (walls, floors, ceilings) or travel around corners. This is why you need a unit for each room.
Monitor Rodent Activity Monitoring the signs of rodent activity will allow you to correctly place the units in high-frequency areas and allow you to direct the unit towards their entry points.
