Excellent for controlling rats in apartment buildings, restaurants, offices and other small business establishments.
The latest innovation in rat traps, the Victor® Power Kill Rat Trap is set and released with one simple “click”. This one-step open and close mechanism also makes it easy to cleanly dispose of the rodent with no hand contact.
The trap was designed with a large trough, for easy baiting with any of their favorite foods. The Power Kill’s oversized pedal is easily activated – both by rodent interest in food AND through accidental contact as rats scamper across the floor – to ensure maximum trapping. Once a rodent triggers the pedal, the powerful jaw immediately springs closed for a quick, humane kill on contact.
The clean-trapping Victor® Power Kill Rat Trap delivers effective and immediate rat control - even in hard to reach places. Each powerful rat trap features two holes on the back for attachment to pipes, beams and other hard-to-access places where rats thrive.
Made of highly durable plastic, this rat trap is safe for use around food, water, animals and children and can be reused multiple times to maximize rat control. Victor® Power Kill Rat Traps are the perfect for use in apartment buildings, restaurants, offices and other small business establishments. These rat traps should be placed where rodents travel, such as along walls at 2 to 3 foot intervals.

I have re-used the one trap many times. Caught about ten full grown rats and five baby rats. Just caught 2 baby rats at the same time trying to feed. Best results is a tight fitting piece of walnut. It generally gets the rat and just can be reset as the bait remains in place.

Easy to Use - Didn't Creep Me Out - It Works!October 24, 2009
I heard scratching in my attic early this morning. "Say it isn't so!", I thought to myself. Afraid of what I'd find, I ventured up into the attic and there they were...rat droppings and gnawed particle board.
After lots of research, I drove an hour to get this rat trap because it received good reviews. But I still dreaded having to remove a dead rat by myself...yes, I'm a woman.
Anyway, I bought 4 of these inexpensive little gems, put them in my attic, baited them with peanut butter, and in 20 minutes, I caught my rat! Disposing of the rat wasn't bad at all - much better than I expected. All that worry for nothing.
This trap did the job quickly, effectively, inexpensively, and made killing a rat easier to deal with than I ever imagined. I highly recommend this trap!

This is the best trap I have ever used. Within 12 hours of setting 2 traps, both had successfully triggered. Both kills were instant and humane as possible. Setting and clearing of this trap is very easy and safe.
Highly recommended for all.

I've had great luck with this trap. It has a great design. It is easy to set without getting your fingers snapped. And it is hard for the rat to get the bait without getting snapped. The design also has holes in the corners to allow you to physically secure the trap. (I usually screw it down so I can find it after it has triggered.)
